“Only thing was the indoor pool was pretty cold. I did ask to see if they could turn up the heat, however pool maintenance was not available till the following day. Everything else was great!”

“I rate this hotel a perfect 5 stars. The staff is excellent, very polite, and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the kitchen is nice. Lastly, the breakfast was great.”

“I know someone new bought the Inn on Ferry St, but that doesn't excuse the extremely dusty condition of my room, or the lack of any type of window shade to block the sun out. I've stayed at the Inn several times before COVID, and this new owner may want to restore some of the amenities that made staying at the Inn feel more home-like with breakfast for example. I checked in when it was raining and the clerk didn't offer any assistance on getting to my room that was outside and two buildings...

“Basic room, but that's what we expected. Our neighbors were outside enjoying some pot and our room smelled very strongly of it. We carry air spray and dealt with it. Signage said this was a 100% no smoking facility inside or outside. Also the lamp next to the bed could not be turned on as the knob was non-existent.”

“There was mold all over my toilet seat. The laundry facilities were hard for me to get to as I am injured and wearing a walking boot. I cannot walk that far therefore I could not wash my clothes at the facility.”

“I ended up not completing my stay. Around 2 a.m., I felt unsafe due to someone outside my ground-floor window laughing and lingering nearby. Earlier, I had asked the staff to switch rooms because of how easily accessible the first-floor windows were, and I made them aware that I was uncomfortable with the situation. Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved, and I ultimately had to call the police to have an officer escort me safely to my car.”
