“Everything was excellent...parking lot had construction going on not a problem to me ....room was clean and well worth it... everything was clean to my standards....I would love to stay again in the future ”

“Fabulous old building but no effort put into making the rooms cozy (lamps, but no switches or wires so useless, etc). Sloppy housekeeping - rooms dusty and only a towel, no bathmat. But the guy who checked us in was friendly and helpful.”

“We returned to this hotel after it had be renovated. We were there during the reno before. The front desk staff were super friendly and were very welcoming. I had to ask one of the cleaning staff for an extra towel and she was very kind and helpful. This hotel is at the end of the shopping area right across the street from the Sam’s! The pool looked very nice even though we didn’t use it. The breakfast was great. Lots of selection and the area was very clean. We would definitely book...

“I had spiders and ants in my room. What the heck? There were hole in the bathroom wall. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. They did not come and service my room from Mon tell I departed on Friday. I sent a video to the hotel of the terrible conditions no one responded. ”

“Staff was friendly. Room was ok. Bedding and towels were stained which made it feels less clean. ”

“No cleaning service during the stay. Bathroom paint job was pretty bad considering the recent renovation. Maybe the repair was incomplete? There is an energy saving power shutoff system that dropped the temperature at night. I suggest they put an information card or sign up to explain how it worked because we were just guessing.”
